“Let’s Give an Oriental a Try!”
Posted on September 13th, 2012 by Joshua Kebabian
Part of our mission is to have our rugs transform our customer’s homes into their own unique vision. We recently had a couple come through our doors for the first time. They had intended to purchase more broadloom, but the industry was unable to accommodate their requirements. They had heard of us through word of mouth and decided to give Kebabian’s a try.
We began by showing them a photo of one of our carpets in another customer’s dining room. They liked the carpet so much that they had to have “that one”. We explained that our carpets are typically unique unto themselves, and that they should go through the “process” with us. The piles were flipped, the possible selections were pulled, off they drove with the possibilities and made their selections.
They were very glad they gave Kebabian’s a try.. and so were we!
The happy couple decided on two carpets for their home. This carpet is a Heriz woven in Northern Afghanistan by Hazara women. In a follow up phone call they informed us that, “We have never enjoyed the rooms more and our home has been transformed!”
