Fine Tibetan Kente Rug
Hand knotted in Kathmandu, Nepal by local weavers employed by a Tibetan master weaver. The wools from the Himalayas and New Zealand are blended and vegetable dyed, and the bright ivory in the piece is real silk. The design is based on Kente cloth made by the Ashanti people from Kumasi in Ghana, West Africa. This contemporary Tibetan carpet will work fabulously for many years in a variety of settings.
