Antique Persian Qashqai Kilim Handwoven Tribal Rug

This Antique Persian Qashqai Kilim rug, measuring approximately 5’0” x 9’10”, showcases a vibrant geometric pattern in rich hues of red, blue, orange, white, yellow, and brown. It was handwoven in Southwest Persian in the first quarter of the twentieth century with vegetable dyed wool. The central field features an array of repeating hexagonal shapes with intricate internal designs, creating a visually captivating piece. Surrounded by multiple borders adorned with bold geometric and intricate patterns, the rug’s symmetrical design highlights the meticulous craftsmanship involved.

The rug is in excellent condition for its age.
